  • Damage sustained during shipping (please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately with any issues).

  • Damage from exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or weather conditions.

  • Any modification or repair not authorised by HRCOLLECTIBLES.

How to Make a Warranty Claim:
Please contact our customer service team at support@hrcollectiblesltd.shop with:

  1. Your original order number.

  2. A detailed description of the defect.

  3. Clear photographs and/or a short video of the issue.
We will evaluate your claim and, if covered, arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary under UK law.

2. Care Instructions

Proper care will preserve the beauty and integrity of your vase.

For Ceramic & Earthenware Vases:

  • Cleaning: Hand wash gently with a soft cloth or sponge in warm water with a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive scrubbers that can scratch the glaze.

  • Drying: Always dry thoroughly with a soft cloth, especially the interior, to prevent water spotting.

  • Handling: These materials can be brittle. Handle with care to avoid chipping or cracking from impacts.

For Marble Vases:

  • Cleaning: Dust frequently with a soft, dry cloth. For occasional deeper cleaning, use a damp cloth with a small amount of pH-neutral soap (like a mild dish soap). Wipe dry immediately.

  • Staining: Marble is a porous natural stone and can stain easily. We highly recommend using a waterproof plastic or glass liner when holding water and flowers. Avoid placing it directly on untreated wood surfaces to prevent water rings.

  • Chemicals: Never use acidic, abrasive, or vinegar-based cleaners on marble, as they can etch and dull the polished surface.

General Care for All Vases:

  • Always lift the vase by its body, not by its rim or any delicate handles.

  • Protect from extreme temperature changes, which can cause cracking.

  • Display in a stable location away from high traffic areas where it could be knocked over.
